Aikido Club “Minawakai”

The Aikido Club “Minawakai” is an alumni association consisting of graduates who are former members of the Kyoto University Athletic Association’s Aikido Club. Since its founding in 1961 (Showa 36), the Aikido Club “Minawakai” has been a place for students to train and socialize. Today, we also conduct various forms of exchanges across generational lines, including joint training between current members and alumni, martial arts demonstrations, general meetings, and social gatherings.
