Kyoto University Joetsu Alumni “Joetsu Rakuyukai”

Kyoto University Joetsu Alumni “Joetsu Rakuyukai” is an alumni organization for the Joetsu region of Niigata Prefecture. Although we are a small alumni association, we have been active for more than 30 years. Members include not only Kyoto University graduates residing in the Joetsu region but also people who had lived in the region and others with a connection to Kyoto University. In general, we get together once a year to keep each other updated. We are always looking for new members. Some live outside the Joetsu region as well.
