Kyoto University Korea Alumni

The Kyoto University Korea Alumni is a relaunch that merges two Kyoto University alumni associations located in South Korea—the Korean General Alumni Association for Koreans residing in Korea and the Seoul Rakuyukai for Japanese and other foreigners residing in Korea—to create a new “nationality-neutral” association.

With the creation of this integrated alumni association, we have growing hopes that it can further promote exchange and friendship among our members in ways that go beyond nationality. We also hope that mutual understanding between Japan and Korea can help develop and contribute to the building of an international human resource network through collaboration with the Kyoto University Korea Alumni Association (Kyoto Headquarters) and the Kyoto University Alumni Secretariat.
