The following support is available to the organizers of alumni associations that have joined the Kyoto University Alumni Association. Please contact any inquiries to the Kyoto University Alumni Secretariat.
Support 1.Venue Rental Fee Subsidy Program for General Meetings and Related Events held by Kyoto University Alumni Associations
We ask alumni associations to complete a questionnaire around February every year.
Those who wish to use this support may apply for it through the item about our partial funding of venue rental expenses in the questionnaire.
Support 2.Notices and reports about alumni association meetings on our website and Facebook page
You can post notices and reports about your meetings in the following ways. Please see the PDF for more details.
Support 3.Organization of lectures by the President, Executive Vice-Presidents, faculty members, and others
We will coordinate on the reporting of recent news from the university and delivery of lectures by faculty members at alumni association meetings and connected events.
Please request this through the questionnaire we send to alumni associations every year around February.
Support 4Sending out Kyoto University Introductory Brochure and other materials
We will send out Kyoto University Introductory Brochure and other materials published by the university when you are having a meeting and connected events.
The publications will be packaged in paper bags by the Alumni Secretariat for easy distribution to members.
Support 5.Lending university information panels
Would you like to have a panel that introduces the university at the venue of your general meeting? We have created panels that remind members of their alma mater, creating new opportunities for interaction.

- 【Lending process】
- Please make your request to the Alumni Secretariat about one week ahead of your meeting.
*In case of several requests from multiple alumni associations around the same time, the panels will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your request well ahead of time. - The Alumni Secretariat will dispatch the panel so that it arrives at the venue one day ahead of your meeting.
- After using it, please return the panel by using the enclosed collect-on-delivery slip within one week.
- Please make your request to the Alumni Secretariat about one week ahead of your meeting.
